RaNA-seq Tutorial: Web-Based RNA-Seq Data Analysis

Last updated: March 13, 2026

What is RaNA-seq?

RaNA-seq is a tool that lets you perform RNA-Seq data analysis directly in your web browser. Starting from FASTQ files, you can carry out everything from extracting differentially expressed genes to functional analysis. This page walks you through how to use RaNA-seq. Although RaNA-seq is free, the server can be unstable at times and certain operations may not be intuitive. If you are looking for an alternative, please also consider the RNA-Seq Data Analysis Tool offered by our company.
